It is a stunning building designed by Pac Studio showcasing elegant architecture, beautiful timber craftwork, and excellent environmental credentials. Not only is it the first commercial office building in Aotearoa NZ to be certified to the Passive House standard, but it also achieved Passive House Plus certification. Completed May 2023.
